My family is so thankful for the kind workers last night! Our flight kept getting delay and delay, after 4 hours of waiting we had cranky and hungry kids, the employees made sure our kids got food and were taken care of before closing! I’ve never had airport staff be so kind and caring. Most don’t care, if it’s closing time they close. I believe the manager was Josh, thank you so much for ensuring our kiddos were full and happy!!

I travel enough to know how lucky you are to have Jaycob on staff. Personable, friendly and someone travellers are lucky to come across. If he is the last person you meet as you depart Sarasota, it’s guaranteed you will leave with a smile on your face.

Omg! Tee is AMAZING!! So refreshing to have a server that loves her job and wants you to enjoy your experience! She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond! I will be back to see Tee every time I fly out of Sarasota!! My advice... stop by and ask for the Tee!

Danny and Emily were amazing. They treated us like family (in the best way) and made our pre flight visit with them fun and memorable! A great way to end our vacation!

Tee has waited on us multiple times. We travel between here and Nashville. She is always attentive and on top of taking care of us. We always look forward to seeing her when we come in. Go Titans!

It's a basic airport bar with premade food that they reheat in a convection oven. Selection was acceptable, beer was cold, and our bartender was friendly. We got a turkey club & it was served with chips & a pickle. It was precisely what we needed in an airport while on the go.

I have been to this place I can not count how many times while traveling. I was looking to see when they opened this morning and saw their abysmal rating. Being shocked having always had a good experience, I decided to read them. Some of them about the selection of food is most certainly true. It is limited and it is prepped at a different location due to space constraints. I have chatted with staff about this prior, and joked when people have a proper fit about it. Sure, if you want coffee there is a SBUX right down the row, that's a better choice. If you want to treat the staff like him on your shoe, you will get treated appropriately in return. I've bore witness to such at this location many a time. If you walk in friendly, desiring a drink or snack prior to travel, and are willing to have appropriate expectations from what they are able to offer at this location - you'll have a good experience. Kindness pays. Do understand the staff cannot control the limited facilities, while both the management and airport really cannot make the space bigger either. Take this approach and you'll be just fine.
